Brisbane By-election
The Electoral Commission of Queensland has announced that a by-election for the State District of Brisbane Centre will be held on 13 October 2007. Postal vote applications are available at the Electoral Commission's website at www.ecq.qld.gov.au Postal vote applications must be printed and posted or faxed to the Electoral Commission in Brisbane directly. Details are contained on the postal vote application. Voters are encouraged to apply for postal voting material early to avoid missing election deadlines.
