• Guarantor who is an Australian Passport holder shall complete Section 12 and item A.
• Guarantor who Is a PRC Passport holder must be a currently practising professional, which must fall into one of the categories listed below:

| Accountant | • CPA Qualification • Member of Accounting Society • Currently practising • Note: Cashier/bookkeeper/payroll clerk etc not acceptable |
| Dentist | • Licensed • Currently practising |
| Judge | • Official Judge of a People’s Court • Currently practising |
| Medical Practitioner (Doctor) | • Health Department License • Currently practising |
| Police Officer | • Public Security Bureau (PSB) officer • At least 5 years continuous service |
| Solicitor or Barrister (Lawyer) | • Lawyer's Qualification • Valid Justice Department Work License • Currently practising |
| Teacher | • Employed by kindergarten, public college, primary school, middle school or university with a qualified teaching certificate • Currently in a teaching position – Not administration |
